On September 30, 2022, iStand Parent Network Inc. and iHOPE (International Help, Offer, Protect, Empower) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperatively serve children and families through legal strategies, academic research and data analysis, issue advocacy and public education leading to returns and reunifications of internationally abducted children, family strengthening and preservation and global policy reform.
